During the purchase, registration or subscription process we collect the following personal data:

• Identification data: first name, surname, national ID/Tax ID (only if you request an invoice), postal address.
• Contact data: email address, phone number.
• Billing data: business name, VAT number, tax address (for companies or self-employed professionals).
• Transaction data: products purchased, amount, purchase date. Payment card details are never stored by us; they are handled directly by PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited (via cookies, as described in section 6).

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients acting as data processors, with whom MYA WIFI S.L.U. has entered into the corresponding agreements under Art. 28 GDPR:

• Payment gateways: Redsys Servicios de Procesamiento S.L. (Spain), PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. (Luxembourg), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland), DLocal LLP (United Kingdom).
• Electronic invoicing: Holded Technologies S.L. (Spain).
• CRM and email marketing: Clientify S.L. (Spain).
• Cloud and hosting services: European providers with servers located within the EU.
• Analytics and advertising tools: Google Ireland Limited, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, HubSpot Ireland Limited.
• Public authorities: where legally required (tax authorities, social security, judicial authorities).

You may exercise, free of charge, the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: to know what personal data we process about you.
• Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): to request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
• Restriction of processing: to request that your data be retained but not processed.
• Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Objection: to object to the processing of your data for commercial purposes.
• Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw, at any time, consent previously given.
• Right not to be subject to automated decisions: including profiling with legal effects.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid.
