Frequently asked questions
Do I receive a physical disc or any physical media?
No. Delivery is 100% digital. Microsoft and other major manufacturers stopped shipping physical media years ago, as activation takes place online against their servers. You receive the licence key by email and download the software from the manufacturer's official servers.
Can I change the delivery email address after paying?
Yes, provided you let us know before delivery has been processed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If the email has already been sent, we will resend the licence to the new address at no cost.
Can I download the software before buying the licence?
Yes. Official installers (Windows, Office, etc.) are freely available on the manufacturers' official websites. What we sell is the activation key that turns the trial version into a licensed, permanent version.
Will the licence work in any country?
Yes. The licences we sell are multilingual and multi-region. You can activate Windows or Office in any country in the world and install any language you prefer. The activation key has no geographical restrictions.
What if I format my computer? Will I lose the licence?
No. The licence is linked to your hardware on the manufacturer's servers. When reinstalling the operating system or software, you can activate it again with the same key without any issue. Always keep the email with your key for future reinstallations.
Can I buy multiple licences at once?
Yes. You can purchase as many units as you need. You will receive one licence key per unit purchased, all in the same email. For purchases over 10 licences, please contact us in advance to receive special volume pricing.
Do I have to pay customs or tariffs?
No. Digital products delivered by email are not subject to customs or tariffs in any country. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no additional charges afterwards.
