At La Tienda de las Licencias we have been doing one thing since 2017 — and doing it well — selling original, legal software licences at fair prices, with immediate delivery and full warranty. We were born in 2017 in Ponferrada (León, Spain) with a simple idea: legal software does not have to be expensive. Legal software licences at this price? Really?
It's the question every new customer asks. The answer lies in European law.
In 2012, the Court of Justice of the European Union delivered Judgment C-128/11 (the UsedSoft v. Oracle case), which established the principle of exhaustion of the distribution right over copies of computer programs. In plain terms: once a software product has been legally sold within the EU, the first purchaser can resell it without requiring authorisation from the manufacturer.
This principle enables a legal secondary market for software licences throughout the European Union, regulated and protected by Community law. We acquire surplus licences from companies that no longer use them (IT fleet renewal, department closures, cloud migration, etc.) and resell them with full traceability of origin.
In short: the licences we sell are authentic, register correctly on Microsoft servers (or those of other manufacturers) upon activation, receive official updates and are protected by European law. They are not keygens, not duplicate keys, not counterfeits.
